Returns/Exchanges
Product supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality and conform to descriptions written on our website. Our goal is for you to be happy with our products. However, if you are not satisfied we accept returns of gently used product within 21 days after receipt of your order. Return shipping is a flat rate of $7.95.  But for the sake of the environment, please be sure to use our shade finder tool before purchase or have one of our representative shade match you. This will reduce waste, since we are not able to resale used products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@monikablunderbeauty.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
